SLC and Montrose
We were lucky enough to be able to visit Bryan and Nicole in Salt Lake and my grandma and Marta in Colorado. Both places were tons of fun! Here is Camrey, looking so adorable.

Elise smiling at uncle Bryan.
Gabrielle was so happy to hold Elise and did a great job.
We went to Thanksgiving Point, where we visited the farm and the dinosaur museum. Here is Alyssa getting food out to feed the chickens.
Jack and the girls got to ride the ponies. This is Jack's first pony ride!
Uncle Jeremy, Alyssa, Gabrielle, Taryn, and Jack riding the horse-drawn carriage.
This is the dinosaur museum. Gabrielle had fun making lots of charcoal pictures. I think she was trying to beat her last record.
Alyssa wanted to just run up and down the ramps. Oh, to be one again!
Jack making charcoal pictures too.
Digging for dinosaurs in the sand/water area.

Taryn digging with her brush.
Bryan, Camrey, me, and Elise waiting for the big kids to be done playing.
At Bryan's house on the tramp. Jack and Taryn got really high!

The kids played really well together.
All the kids were in bed and Nicole had the idea that we should photograph Elise's feet like this. Good idea Nicole!
Sleepy Elise.
Now we arrived in Montrose after a 6 1/4 hour drive from SLC. The first night we checked in to the hotel and Jeremy took Jack swimming to get out the car wiggles. Both kids were really great travelers!

Playing motorboat.
Happy to be out of the car and in to the hotel for bedtime.
The first day in Colorado we drove to Ouray hot springs for a nice warm swim. We didn't want to get out and it was a gorgeous day. The pool was exactly Jack's neck height so he got to spend the whole time walking around the pool by himself like a big boy.

Grandma and Elise after the pool fun.
Jack winding down on the toys after swimming.

The next day we drove out to Ridgeway, a state park with toys to play on and a swimming beach. Jack and Grandma and Dad went down to the beach to throw rocks in the water (Jack's favorite thing to do). Luckily he can't throw far enough to hit the boats.

After Ridgeway we thought we'd check out Telluride ski resort. It was really beautiful and we wished we had more time to stay and play. We will return next time and spend the day, or stay and ski!
